My life before coaching

My roles included lecturer in a former East German university, deputy department head in a comprehensive school, director of online trading in a London investment house, and director of fundraising and marketing for a UK charity.  

On receiving leadership coaching over 20 years ago, I realised that this is my passion. I had the courage to change direction, invest in myself, and have never looked back.
