The world is a fascinating place right now

The interface between the geopolitical arena and global leadership sustains my curiosity. I chew on questions around:

• How global leadership and ethics influence business leadership.

• How emergent technology, along with shifting generational expectations is shaping organisations and jobs of the future.

• What qualities leaders need to develop in themselves and their teams now to serve their organisations in the future?  

• And what do we need to develop as individuals and groups to embrace and cope in a climatically and socially changing world?
